I've read people who has been waiting until 1 year after pay the order. In my case, I am waiting 4 months and I don't know any new about them.

So..., in order to avoid problems, I advice you to choose another option.

In sintesi, ha acquistato da questo negozio online, ha pagato ed e' 4 mesi che aspetta la merce. Non rispondono alle mail etc. Dice che sentito di gente che aspetta da 1 anno e consiglia di evitare di acquistare da questo negozio.

sorry to hear about the difficulties you're experiencing.

I don't know much about them but what I can tell you they advertise on many national magazines, appear to be a serious dealer and i honestly havent heard anything negative on them.

What I can suggest you, if you like, you can send me more details (dates, order numbers, invoice etc) in private and I can draw down a clear letter for you to send them and see what happens next. I could even give them a call directly as a last resourt and try to put some salt on theyr tails.

Well, after more than six months, recently I've received a mail telling me that my order have been dispatched and in a few days I'll receive it.

 

I think it's a happy end and a little hope to many people that continue waiting their order to arrive from Vivo.
